Each session runs 60 to 90 minutes, and if your week is tight I keep it to 60. The gaps between sessions are deliberate. That is when you run what you built.

The evidence
Two numbers from the first live sprint.
One part of a Leadsology client funnel is a package of five pieces: the guide, the landing page copy, the thank-you page, the welcome email and a three-email follow-up. It was spread over about 90 days. It is now produced in under 90 minutes, with the client in the meeting.
Cecilia built a client’s house style, the document that sets how every page and email for that client looks and sounds. Manually it took her at least two days. The agent did the first pass in about three minutes.

Before you ask
The questions that come up first.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. There is no code at any point. If you can write clear instructions for a new hire, you can build an agent. Most people expect to need a programming language, and they don’t.
Is this Claude or ChatGPT?
Claude. The agents run in Claude’s desktop app, working on a folder on your own computer. You can keep using ChatGPT for anything else. Each person needs their own Claude plan.
Why one price for three people?
Because the person who does the building needs to be in the room. Under per-seat pricing, most buyers came alone and briefed their team afterwards. One price removes that decision.
What if I can’t make a session?
We set the times around your calendar in the first place. If something comes up, we move the session to a time that suits us both. Every session is recorded on Google Meet, and you get the recording and the meeting notes.
What happens when the sprint ends?
The agents keep running on your work, and the Agent Builder stays in your folder, so your team keeps adding to the fleet. The map from session two tells you what to build next.
Do I keep all of it if I stop paying for anything?
The files are yours for good. The agents, the map and the chains sit in your own folder, and nothing depends on me. To run them you need a Claude plan, the same way a Word document needs Word to open it.
How do I pay, and what about GST?
You pay online in advance, in your preferred currency. Prices are in US dollars. New Zealand businesses can ask for a GST-inclusive invoice instead. Teams outside New Zealand pay no GST.
When does the Standard Sprint run?
It runs as one cohort, and there is no date yet. Register your interest and I will email you the date and a payment link when it is set. You pay nothing until then.
