B2M is a one-person business run by Simon Fawkes in New Zealand. These terms cover the AI Agent Sprint. They are written plainly on purpose.
Four live working sessions of about 90 minutes, run online across two weeks. Every session includes hands-on building. Sessions are scheduled around your team's calendar.
The Standard Sprint uses proven exercises. The Customised Sprint builds the exercises around your own operations, and the final price is confirmed against your outline before you commit.
Prices are in US dollars. You can pay online in your preferred currency. Teams outside New Zealand pay no GST, because the service is exported. New Zealand businesses are invoiced in New Zealand dollars with GST added.
Seats are priced per attendee. The first seat carries the higher price and each additional seat is charged at the rate shown on the sprint page.
Each attendee needs their own Claude subscription and the Claude desktop app, currently from USD $20 a month. That subscription is bought directly from Anthropic and is not included in the sprint price.
Every sprint starts with a call, and there is no charge for it. If the sprint is not right for you when we talk, you pay nothing and we part on good terms.
Sessions are recorded so an attendee who misses one can catch up before the next. If the whole team needs to move a session, tell us as early as you can and we will find another slot. Dates moved at short notice may push the end of the sprint.
You do. Every agent, prompt, role map and document your team produces during the sprint belongs to your business. Intellectual property in the work created transfers to you on completion. B2M keeps ownership of its own teaching material, templates and the Agent Builder itself, which you may use inside your business but not resell.
The sprint runs on your real work, so we will see how your business operates. We keep that to ourselves. We will not name you as a client or describe your operations publicly without asking you first.
Your team will build working agents during the sprint, and we stand behind that. We cannot promise a particular financial return, because that depends on what your team builds afterwards and how they use it. The AI tools involved are third-party products that change without our control.
