AI Agent Builder Sprint
Customised AI Agent Builder Sprint · Earliest start Monday 16 November 2026

AI Agent Builder Sprint™

A four-part sprint that shrunk one firm’s 90-day client work cycle to only 90 minutes (literally), all created by AI novices following a simple “Simon Says” sequence.

(Pro Tip: If you think AI Agents are powerful, wait until you see AI Chains = mind boggling.)

This is the customised AI Agent Builder Sprint. Four live online sessions across two weeks, built around your own business, for up to three people. You build the agents yourselves, on your own work, with no coding. Everything you build is yours to keep. The price is US$2,997 for up to three people.

"It's like you've given us a fleet of trawlers and installed us as Fleet Commanders with an AI Agent captaining each ship."
Tom Poland, Leadsology

Tom and his assistant Cecilia Mercado did the customised sprint in September, free of charge, in return for Tom telling his readers about it.

What actually happens

Four sessions, built around your business

The sprint is four live online sessions across two weeks. Each runs 60 to 90 minutes, and if your week is tight I keep it to 60. The gaps between them are deliberate: that is when you run what you built. Nobody writes code at any point.

It starts before session one. I ask for your processes and a few of your best pieces of work, and I rebuild the exercises around them. For Leadsology that meant their funnel checklist and their best templates.

Session 01
Each of you builds a working agent on a real piece of your own work, by following four steps exactly.
Session 02
We map which agents are worth building and in what order, so you aren't building whatever happens to be in front of you.
Session 03
You link agents into chains, where one finished piece hands straight on to the next. Tom's chain builds a client's funnel with the client in the meeting.
Session 04
We put a figure on what the agents are worth over a year, in your own numbers, and settle what to build next.

Session times are arranged around your calendar. Everything runs in your own Claude account and sits in your own folder, not on any platform of mine.

One price, up to three people

Bring the person who will build it

One price covers up to three people from your business. One of them should be the person who will sit at the keyboard.

I used to charge for each extra seat. On paper that was fair. In practice it pushed buyers to come alone and brief their team afterwards, so the person who would do the building heard it second-hand. I was charging extra for the one thing that makes the sprint work, and I have stopped.

Leadsology is where I learnt this. Tom Poland came to the sprint with his assistant, Cecilia Mercado. Tom has run Leadsology for years and knows what he wants built. Cecilia is the one who is quicker with the tools.

"We wouldn't have got half the way without Cecilia, whose technical skills are always a step ahead of mine."
Tom Poland, Leadsology

In most businesses on Tom's list, that person is a VA, an assistant or whoever runs operations. Bring them. Bringing them costs nothing extra.

"When Tom said yes to this, I wasn't sure I would be able to create my very first agent."
Cecilia Mercado, Leadsology

That doubt is common, and it is the right one to have. Session one is built for it. You follow four steps exactly, without stopping to understand each one, and a working agent comes out the other end. The understanding comes from running it on real work over the following days.

The evidence

Two numbers from the Leadsology sprint

90 days to under 90 minutesTom Poland, Leadsology

One part of a Leadsology client funnel is a package of five pieces: the downloadable guide, the landing page copy, the thank-you page, the welcome email and a three-email follow-up. It used to be spread over about 90 days, mostly spent waiting on the next round of client comments. It is now produced in under 90 minutes, with the client in the meeting.

"We can spit those out in under 90 minutes now, whereas previously that chunk of work would have been spread literally over 90 days."
Tom Poland, Leadsology
Two days to about three minutesCecilia Mercado, Leadsology

Cecilia built a client's house style, the document that sets how every page and email for that client looks and sounds.

"The house style for a client would take me at least two days manually. On the agent it took about three minutes. You still have to do some prompting after the first output, but it almost got the messaging right."
Cecilia Mercado, Leadsology
Who this is for

People who sell what they know

"Every single one of our clients without exception would benefit from this. Anyone who's in the world of delivering intellectual property, of marketing that intellectual property. We're talking people with online courses. We're talking about consultants, management consultants, trainers, coaches, of course. Those are the people that would definitely benefit: anyone in a management or leadership position, also people responsible for team productivity, and obviously software developers. If anyone in that world is not embracing the power of AI, I believe they're being a disservice to their clients."
Tom Poland, Leadsology

If that is you, you already have what an agent needs: work you do the same way each time, and a clear idea of what good looks like.

Who should not bother

Physical work, or no time to use it

If your work is physical, this will help at the edges and no further. An agent can draft a painter's quote. It won't paint the house any faster.

It is also the wrong buy if nobody in the business will have time to run the agents between sessions. The sprint builds them. Someone has to use them.

What you leave with

What exists at the end that didn't at the start

  • A folder of your own, connected to Claude, with the Agent Builder installed, so you can keep building after we finish.
  • Working agents, built by your team on your own work, one each from session one.
  • A map of the agents worth building in your business, and a board with a card for each one still to come.
  • Agent chains built on your own workflows and tested against real work, not an invented example.
  • A costed plan for the year, in your own numbers, with the next builds ranked.
  • The session materials, plus the recording and Google Meet notes from every session.

All of it lives in your folder and your Claude account. Nothing sits on a platform of mine, and there is no ongoing fee to me.

The customised sprint is US$2,997 for up to three people. Sessions start from Monday 16 November 2026, at times set around your calendar.

Each person will also need a Claude subscription, paid to Anthropic rather than to me. The one to get is Claude's Team Standard plan, at US$25 a seat a month, or US$20 a seat a month billed annually.

If you are a New Zealand business, I can send you a GST-inclusive invoice instead of the checkout. Email me at simon@b2mai.com.

I run every sprint myself, from New Zealand, which is why places are limited.

The honest limits

What four sessions won't do

It is a start, not a finished system. You leave with working agents and a ranked list of what to build next. Building the rest is up to you, and the folder is set up so you can.
First outputs need a second run. Cecilia said it plainly: you still have to do some prompting after the first output. I say the same in session one. Expect close on the first run and right on the second.
It suits knowledge work. If your business delivers physical work, the gain is in the paperwork around it, not the job itself.
Some tools don't connect yet. Where a tool has no direct link to Claude, the agent produces the copy or the file, and a person puts it where it goes. That is still most of the work, but it is better to know where the line sits before you start.
Questions

Questions people ask

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. There is no code at any point. If you can write clear instructions for a new hire, you can build an agent. Most people are surprised by that. They expect to need a programming language, and they don't.

What if my VA isn't technical either?

Then they are where Cecilia was when Tom said yes. Session one is four steps, followed exactly, and each person leaves it with an agent that works. Being quick with tools helps. It isn't a condition.

What if I can't make a session?

We set the times around your calendar in the first place, so this comes up less than you'd think. If something comes up, we move the session to a time that suits both our schedules. Every session is recorded on Google Meet, and you get the recording and the meeting notes.

Is this Claude or ChatGPT?

Claude. The agents run in Claude's desktop app, working on a folder on your own computer. You can keep using ChatGPT for anything else. You'll need a Claude plan for each person, and I'd suggest Team Standard.

Why one price for three people?

Because the person who does the building needs to be in the room. Under per-seat pricing, most buyers came alone. One price removes that decision.

What happens when the sprint ends?

The agents keep running on your work, and the Agent Builder stays in your folder, so your team keeps adding to the fleet. The map from session two tells you what to build next.

Do I keep all this if I stop paying for anything?

The files are yours for good. The agents, the map, the chain and the context behind them sit in your own folder, and nothing depends on me. To run them you need a Claude plan, the same way a Word document needs Word to open it.

Ready to start? Sessions begin from 16 November.
